7/16/02 Temporary Restraining Orders
The initial court order restraining Marie Tuttle from harassing me, selling off property and etc. Of course she ignored it and the court refused to enforce any of it anyways.

7/20/02 IM Log
IM log from the first contact we had after she ran off to Florida with the children and had destroyed the house. Notice she says we can try things again but when I refused, suddenly there were claims of violence by me and more. Notice not a single thing about my being a child molester, addict, drug abuser, alcoholic or anything like that which she would then claim to the courts to get protective orders, refuse me the children, tell people when giving them my phone number and address and more. So she went from "let's try it again but down here in Florida" to "you're an abusive jerk who beat me and the kids while molesting our daughter!" after she found out I filed for divorce instead of begging her to take me back. I had been warned she was looking at taking off over a guy she met on the internet that lived in Florida, had confronted her the week before about it and she had agreed to marriage counseling but you can see how well she keeps her promises on things like that!

7/27/02 Shane Campbell's Witness Statement
Right after she came back, the police arrived to allow her to pick up her personal items and I just sat there quiet and polite until the cops had to yell at her to be shut up and get her stuff. On her way out she stopped and told my best friend she was going to get me as a child molester. This is his statement about that.

10/25/02 Motion for Return of Property
Motion for Return of Property I requested my BUSINESS equipment back, my PERSONAL medical records she took and the tax records so I could get them filed but Judge Hurley never even addressed these requests though it was made twice in motions to him. Well he DID say I could go with the police to get my personal stuff back but she just told the police "No" and refused but that was fine with him. He made the order but enforcing it is something he just doesn't like to do against her.

2/11/03 Motion to Show Cause
Motion to Show Cause. Yet another attempt to get the court to enforce orders. Of course the results you can read for yourself when it came to her refusing me time with the kids and of course her even admitting to the court she sold off the marital property made no difference. Judge Hurley just stated "Well there is nothing I can do about it." and moved on. I guess the idea of actually ENFORCING HIS ORDERS and holding her in CONTEMPT is something he just can't do?

6/17/03 Final Decree of Divorce & Shared Parenting
Initial Divorce Decree where she requested the marital bills in return for the car but of course never pays them. The court says we are supposed to foster love and a relationship for the other parent though court investigations and records show I did that while she tried to have the children hate me with constant disparaging remarks about me to them. Heck, she would even do it in front of court officials but that was not a violation as far as Judge Hurley cares.

9/3/03 Agreed Entry
Of course she agrees! Yup, no disparaging the other parent to the kids which once again I follow since it isn't good for the kids anyways but of course her following it is a different matter.

5/10/04 Motion for Sole Custody and Child Support
Pretty self explanatory on why I asked for custody at this point. Kids shouldn't be in bars, they shouldn't be around someone running an site from their home for a living, my son screaming he is afraid of his mother and she beats him to the people at the visitation exchange center is pretty upsetting and should say something is wrong and more.

7/13/04 Motion to Show Cause
Yet another time having to pay a bunch of legal fees to try and see my kids and the dates she refused as well as her statement she was cancelling all further parenting time were all documented by the court ordered visitation exchange center run by the county so it isn't like I was making it up and had no evidence. Care to bet if he held her in contempt or even required she pay my legal bills?

7/3/05 Proposed Entry Modifying Parties Joint Shared Parenting Plan
The order where I finally am supposedly given equal rights and time with the children. Of course and order saying that and it actually happening were two very different things.

8/29/05 Judgement Entry
Notice that my having problems paying child support after it had been tripled and backdated 6 months was a good excuse for me being denied access to the children per Judge Hurley? Are not support and parenting time separate issues? Also where is all the back parenting time I lost that has not been made up even at this date? Finally I love the line stating "Any further disruptions in the parenting time schedules shall not be permitted." Yup, the very first week that went out the window and can you guess if he enforced his orders on parenting time or not?

8/30/06 Affidavit of Child Custody Information
Affidavit of Child Custody Information shows custody information and notes the repeated accusations of abuse to various agencies in the area which were all closed and "unfounded," demonstrating her shopping around the area to find someone that would believe her after she would ruin any credibility at one agency.

8/30/06 Motion to Modify Shared Parenting, Tax Exemptions, Medical Expenses
Contempt motion filed since she still ignored and violated my parenting time, had an infant die in her care, ignored paying her part of things, refused to use the court ordered site to communicate instead of calling me which would then be undocumented and more. Will Hurley enforce his orders finally after years of the exact same abuses going on and nothing happening to Marie Tuttle for it?

12/15/06 Order to Dismiss DV Petition and Vacate Ex Parte CPO
Order to Dismiss DV Petition and Vacate Ex Parte CPO. Yet another order dropping a protective order gained ex-Parte against me by Marie Tuttle. She took me barely touching my daughter, inflated it to massive abuse instead of my just getting her attention to have her behave and then pressured our daughter so heavily on the stand to lie that she was in tears! Great mother isn't she?

2/13/07 Standard Order of Parenting Time
Standard order the local court uses for parenting time. Mostly for information for people to see how it is SUPPOSED to work.

4/5/07 Motion for Contempt
Now in the ruling Judge Hurley rules against every motion for contempt that he addresses but if you read his ruling, notice he doesn't address the denial of medical information like is required, signing the children up in even MORE activities without even telling me until she demanded I pay for them or yet again her passing messages through out children instead of using the court ordered website.

5/3/07 Agreed Order and Entry Modifying Shared Parenting Plan
Agreed Order and Entry Modifying Shared Parenting Plan. This is the agreed order granting me full primary custody in shared parenting of the children. Notice throughout the case, the ONLY way progress was made was in agreed entries. During all of these, the judge refused to hear anything and required we work it out with our lawyers so he wouldn't have to rule against Marie Tuttle on anything when there was just too much evidence for him to explain it away like in his rulings made in court.

5/22/07 Order of Protection
Protection order granted ex-Parte which later the judge would drop noting that the claims she made were physically impossible for me to have done in the first place. My disabilities from my service in the Marines caused too much damage for me to have abused our daughter in the detailed manner she claims and even our daughter was not able to say anything close to the claims was done or be nearly as detailed as Marie Tuttle was on events she was not present for.

1/11/08 Judgement Finding Technical Default
In this the court refused to hear evidence or look at pictures over violations of being outside her house during exchanges then stated there was not enough evidence presented. In other words, he didn't want to hear enough evidence to refused it allowing that excuse. Also the judge ignored that medical fee had been from after the order but well before I was provided with insurance information so I was required to pay them out of pocket but since I failed to take the children to a provider in the insurance network which I had no information on, it was ruled she didn't have to pay her part.

The judge also ruled her failing to even try to get the children in their sports that the court ORDERED they be involved in was not her fault though the signup times were when she had them with a protective order so I COULD NOT sign the children up. Somehow her having the kids during the time of signing them up for over a week before the end of signups was not enough time to get them in their sports?

Note also that she moved and though the court had ordered we be informed of ANY CHANGES effecting drop-off and pick-up, you know, like at a different house you now moved to, but that somehow did not apply to her move. Now my changing my number after constant and well documented harassment by Marie Tuttle and her passing it around to her friends to harass me was not a good reason to change my number but her moving was not a problem.

Finally the judge blames her refusing me access to the children on another COURT instead of her. This though the documents provided and testimony showed she denied me for two days before getting the ex-Parte Protective Order which denied me the children and that the court dropped the order stating it "was based on falsehoods" anyways. In simple terms the court stated it was the fault of another court for believing her lies and not the fault of Marie Tuttle who lied to that court to refuse me access to our children. Does that make any sense to anyone since I have yet to understand how that works unless the court is stating it fully endorses perjury!

2/17/09 Children Services Disposition Findings - Abuse Indicated
The Greene County Children Services Board judged the allegation of sexual abuse to be Indicated.

8/06/09 Judgement Finding Contempt of Court
Notice that though BOTH my ex and I testified that she brought our son home 90 minutes late, somehow the judge decided that I had denied that visit and should be in jail for it? So now we have her being allowed to refuse me parenting time for years but he will jail me for actually following his orders and asking her to have the kids home on time instead of over an hour late?
