Quentin Durrstein is a disabled Marine from the first Gulf War with 11 years of service and presently remarried to a wonderful wife. His children are his primary concern though he and his family feel that it is important to reveal corrupt judges such as Judge Steven Hurley before they can harm other children. Right now he is employed full time and also owns a construction company spending time with his children as much as possible when not protesting and working to bring a fair and balanced system to all he can. He also has a past history of protests for equal parenting rights and believes firmly that our present system encourages destructive divorces that harm children. Instead the idea of a system where child support and parenting time are equally enforced, false allegations are punished to eliminate the abuse of the system and evidence should be looked at equally without regard to the gender of the parent for decisions are the best methods to correcting the system at this time. Hopefully in the future there will be nothing to gain in creating a contentious divorce for either party and unless there is proven abuse it should be equal parenting so that children benefits from both parents as often as possible. In cases where there is solid evidence of abuse then it should be addressed appropriately as well and in cases of false accusations made to gain legal advantage.


We highly recommend others get involved in their cases and those of other people demanding these changes be made by the legislature and political activism. Also reading up on the present system and the problems with various books, websites and other resources. We are happy to suggest those we look at on a regular basis on request. Also media inquiries are welcome and we hope that the media exposes these abuses of the system and abusive judges, lawyers, CPS workers and law enforcement to help in bettering the system for all children for the future.
